About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the integration experience design for employer and ATS partner workflows on a contract basis, designing for a highly technical, B2B partner-facing audience. You will own the full design lifecycle from discovery and user flows through high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff, translating complex system requirements and data-heavy processes into clean, scalable UX/UI solutions.

  • Simplify complex systems: translate intricate system requirements, technical constraints, and data-heavy processes into clean, scalable UX/UI solutions.
  • Take genuine ownership: own the entire design lifecycle from day one, from initial discovery, user flows, and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
  • Align design with business: collaborate closely with product, engineering, and external partners to ensure design solutions support and enhance real-world partner relationships.

Requirements

  • You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
  • 4+ years of professional and hands-on Product UX Design experience;
  • Experience with Figma;
  • Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar;
  • Experience working within an established design system;

  • US-based location;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for two-sided marketplace platforms, such as job seeker/employer marketplaces;
  • Experience applying accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2, and inclusive design principles.
