Requirements

• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design.
• Security clearance required.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.
• Experience with instructional design software such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
