Senior UI/UX Designer with Security Clearance

About the role

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer II with a security clearance. Additionally, we are looking for a Senior Auditor with a security clearance, a Senior Paralegal with a security clearance, and a Senior Architect Manager with a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Conduct usability tests and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and legal requirements.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working on complex projects and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Experience with prototyping and interactive design tools.
• Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
• Security clearance required.

Skills

• Strong visual design skills.
• Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI).
• Experience with front-end development languages and frameworks.

Pay

• $127,676 per year for Senior UI/UX Designer II.
• $139,482 per year for Senior Auditor.
• $109,486 per year for Senior Paralegal.
• $145,874 per year for Senior Architect Manager.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Hybrid work arrangement available.
