About the role

At Contact Government Services, LLC, we are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer II with a security clearance. Additionally, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer with a security clearance, a Senior Auditor with a security clearance, and a Senior Paralegal with a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to established design standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working on projects involving security clearance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Security clearance is required for this position.
  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Skills

  • Strong visual design skills.
  • Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI).
  • Experience with accessibility standards and best practices.

Pay

  • $129,507 per year for the Senior UI/UX Designer II role.
  • $135,952 per year for the Senior Software Developer role.
  • $141,482 per year for the Senior Auditor role.
  • $111,056 per year for the Senior Paralegal role.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
