  • Provide cohesive UI design spanning the full player experience—narrative gameplay, puzzle interactions, systems, progression, and monetization interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with Game Design, Art, and Engineering to translate high-level goals into intuitive, visually compelling UI/UX solutions
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on UI/UX concepts based on team feedback, usability testing, and player insights

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for mobile UX
  • Proficient in creating wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
  • Strong experience in UI art, including creating polished game-ready assets such as icons, buttons, menus, HUDs, and other visual elements

  • Strong background in the design and implementation of UI VFX, animations, and transitions to enhance user feedback
  • Proficiency with Unity, including integrating UI assets and understanding engine constraints
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams (Art, Design, Engineering)
  • Outstanding creativity and drive; passion for narrative-driven or puzzle-based gameplay and crafting intuitive player experiences
  • Comfortable working in an iterative, feedback-driven environment with evolving design goals
  • On-site 5 days a week

Nice to Have

  • Focused experience in UI art and visual design, with proven ownership of UI visual style and asset production
  • Experience shipping a new mobile title from concept to live operations
  • Background working on narrative-driven or puzzle adventure games
  • Familiarity with licensed IP and brand guideline constraints

Benefits

  • Unlimited vacation, paid sick days, and holidays
  • 100% employee-covered medical, dental, and vision plan (base plan)
  • Life insurance, 401k, flexible spending accounts, and commuter benefits
  • Catered lunches and well-stocked kitchens
  • Yoga and wellness activities
  • Happy hours and company events
  • Dog-friendly workplace
