A growing fiduciary platform is seeking a Senior Trust & Estate Relationship Officer to manage sophisticated trust and estate relationships while partnering closely with financial advisors, attorneys, beneficiaries, and high-net-worth families. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing fiduciary oversight with meaningful client interaction in a collaborative, boutique-style environment. Unlike many institutions, each Senior Trust Officer is supported by a dedicated Trust Administrator, allowing more focus on relationship management, strategic fiduciary guidance, and complex trust matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of trust administration experience
• Experience with trusts, estates, IRAs, and fiduciary accounts
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Understanding of fiduciary taxation and estate workflows
• CTFA preferred; JD/CPA a plus
