Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior relationship manager of a portfolio of complex trust accounts in accordance with applicable Wyoming regulations and statutes, governing documents, and TTC’s internal policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor a team of trust officers providing guidance on complex trust administration matters and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive trust matters requiring senior judgment.
- Collaborate closely with clients’ attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, and family office professionals to address complex planning and administrative needs.
- Exercise sound fiduciary discretion in evaluating and authorizing trust distributions, asset transactions, and administrative actions.
- Aid in onboarding new team members and contribute to training programs aligned with TTC’s fiduciary standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of trust activities, correspondence, distributions, and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory or senior individual contributor capacity (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to think critically and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sophisticated clients and their advisors
- High degree of professional judgment, discretion, and ethical standards
