About the role
The Senior Transportation Analyst position is available within Ryder's Supply Chain Solutions division. This role is open to candidates who wish to join our Ryder Ever Better Team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function
- Lead direct reports and achieve daily operational goals within the assigned functional area
- Manage staffing performance and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Ensure health and safety management compliance
- Comply with state/local/federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Advanced knowledge of logistics industry
- Advanced understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
- Annual Salary Pay: $72,000 - $74,000 per year based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-10:00pm (must be flexible)
