Senior Transformation Lead
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Position Company: Liberty Mutual Insurance
- Location: (blank? maybe not given)
- Posted On: 9/21/2026 (metadata, can be folded into short p or dropped)
- Description: paragraphs about role.
Then "What You'll Own" list of bullet-like sentences (each line starts with a verb). Those are responsibilities/duties.
Then "How You'll Show Up" list of bullet-like sentences (behaviors/skills? maybe "Skills").
Then "Qualifications" list.
Then "About Us" includes Pay Philosophy, benefits, culture, etc. Also includes link to benefits.
We need sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (What You'll Own), Requirements (maybe Qualifications?), Skills (How You'll Show Up?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: The initial description paragraph(s) before "What You'll Own". That is substantive.
- Responsibilities: "What You'll Own" bullet points.
- Requirements: Could be "Qualifications" (education, experience). Might also include "Requirements" as same as qualifications. We'll put Qualifications under Requirements? Actually we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting has "Qualifications" section. We could map that to Qualifications heading. Requirements maybe not present distinct; we could skip Requirements if no distinct content. But we could treat Qualifications as Requirements? Better to follow posting: they have "Qualifications". So we will output Qualifications
with list.
- Skills: "How You'll Show Up" could be considered Skills/behaviors. We'll output Skills
with list.
- Benefits: The posting mentions benefits in About Us: "We value your hard work... offering you benefits that support your life and well-being. To learn more about our benefit offerings please visit: https://...". Also mentions workplace flexibility, professional development, Employee Resource Groups. So we have some benefits info. We'll include Benefits section with those points.
- Pay: The posting includes "Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range...". That's specific content about pay. So we include Pay section with that paragraph.
- Schedule: No mention of schedule (e.g., full-time, remote). Not present, so we omit Schedule section.
- About the role: we already have.
We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact sentences? We can keep them as is, but we can format as
or

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. We should ensure no extra whitespace issues. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Posted On: 9/21/2026". We could fold that into a short p maybe but instruction says fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Could drop it. Safer to drop it. Check for any duplicated lines: Not present. Check for any mention of "Location:" blank; we omitted. Check for any mention of "Position Company : Liberty Mutual Insurance" - we didn't include company name explicitly but it's in description; we could keep it but not required. The description already mentions Liberty Mutual? Actually description didn't mention company name; but we could include it in About the role? Not needed. We must preserve ALL substantive information; we omitted the company name line. Is that substantive? It's metadata about the company; but the description already implies it's Liberty Mutual. However the line "Position Company : Liberty Mutual Insurance" is substantive; we could include it in a short p under About the role or as a separate line. Since we are allowed to fold minor metadata into a short p, we could add a
Company: Liberty Mutual Insurance
inside About the role section before the description. But the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." So we can include a short p for company and posted date. Let's add a short p after the heading About the role:
Company: Liberty Mutual Insurance
. Also maybe include posted date? Could addPosted: 9/21/2026
. That's minor metadata. We'll add those as a single p maybe:Company: Liberty Mutual Insurance • Posted: 9/21/2026
. That keeps info. Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: The "About Us" also includes: "At Liberty Mutual, our goal is to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and can thrive. We build an environment that welcomes a wide range of perspectives and experiences, with inclusion embedded in every aspect of our culture and reflected in everyday interactions. This comes to life through comprehensive benefits, workplace flexibility, professional development opportunities, and a host of opportunities provided through our Employee Resource Groups. Each employee plays a role in creating our inclusive culture, which supports every individual to do their best work. Together, we cultivate a community where everyone can make a meaningful impact for our business, our customers, and the communities we serve." That's also substantive; we could include that in Benefits or maybe a separate "About Us" section but we don't have a heading for About Us. We could incorporate into Benefits section as additional description. The Benefits section currently only mentions benefits, flexibility, professional development, ERGs. We could expand to include the inclusion statement. Let's incorporate that paragraph into Benefits section after the existing sentences. Thus Benefitswill contain: "We value your hard work, integrity and commitment to make things better, and we put people first by offering you benefits that support your life and well‑being. To learn
