Senior Transaction Coordinator

Company Description Be part of the firm that defines its industry AST Defeasance is the largest firm in its field nationwide, advising on several thousand commercial real estate finance transactions every year. We’re a boutique firm, so you’ll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy. Location: Onsite, five days per week in Los Angeles, CA. Relocation costs are not covered. Job Description Run standard Excel calculations and verify outputs against source documentsGather and organize documents needed for transaction closingsUpdate trackers, checklists, and internal databases as deals progressReview completed templates for errors and flag discrepancies to senior team membersRespond to routine internal requests for data or status updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required3-4 years' experience in real estate or finance a plusCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word and ExcelEffective time management and ability to multitaskAttention to detailStrong writing skillsWork Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
