Responsibilities

  • Build and facilitate cohort-based training programs for customers
  • Design innovative training experiences that integrate physical and digital assets
  • Produce and update training materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Utilize external tools to enhance training delivery
  • Manage logistics for live training sessions including delivery and follow-up
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to shape training content
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop programming with input from various teams

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in technical training or customer education
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver at-scale training programs and webinars
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Experience with instructional design and digital learning asset creation
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to analyze engagement data effectively
  • Proficient in using webinar platforms and LMS tools
  • Background in SaaS product training is a plus

Pay

$80,623 – $108,400 annually
