Senior Training Specialist
About the role
This individual will partner closely with the Learning & Development leadership and business stakeholders to deliver impactful training programs that support operational excellence within a retail banking environment. The role is primarily focused on facilitation and delivery of existing training content across both in-person and virtual formats, while also contributing to program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs (Zoom, Teams, webinars)
- Support retail or consumer banking operations training
- Engage diverse audiences through strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills
- Work with LMS platforms and support e-learning administration
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
Requirements
- Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs (Zoom, Teams, webinars)
- Prior experience within financial services or banking environments
- Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences
- Experience working with LMS platforms and supporting e-learning administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- High energy, adaptable, and collaborative professional with strong attention to detail
Skills
- Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills
- Experience working with LMS platforms and supporting e-learning administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
