Senior Training Lead

About the role

Shape the future of civil construction by architecting next-generation learning ecosystems and delivering high-impact training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Arcitect and scale Trimble's formal technical certification frameworks and structured staff development pathways.
• Lead the design and development of a robust digital course library using AI and advanced eLearning tools.
• Facilitate high-impact, master-level training sessions both virtually and live in the field.
• Partner with and mobilize engineering and field subject matter experts.
• Manage and maintain physical training hardware.

Requirements

• Deep technical mastery of machine control platforms, office software, sensor calibrations, hydraulic integrations, and GNSS/RTK site infrastructure.
• Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to translate complex engineering concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management, Instructional Design, or equivalent, with relevant hands-on field experience.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or field application engineering.
• Proven expertise diagnosing complex hardware, software, and connectivity failures.

Skills

• Hands-on experience navigating, hosting content, and tracking courses within Learning Management Systems.

Pay

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
