About the role
Shape the future of civil construction by architecting next-generation learning ecosystems and delivering high-impact training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Arcitect and scale Trimble's formal technical certification frameworks and structured staff development pathways.
- Lead the design and development of a robust digital course library using AI and advanced eLearning tools.
- Facilitate high-impact, master-level training sessions both virtually and live in the field.
- Partner with and mobilize engineering and field subject matter experts.
- Manage and maintain physical training hardware.
Requirements
- Deep technical mastery of machine control platforms, office software, sensor calibrations, hydraulic integrations, and GNSS/RTK site infrastructure.
- Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to translate complex engineering concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management, Instructional Design, or equivalent, with relevant hands-on field experience.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or field application engineering.
- Proven expertise diagnosing complex hardware, software, and connectivity failures.
Skills
- Experience within a Trimble, Topcon, Leica, or major heavy equipment dealership ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience navigating, hosting content, and tracking courses within Learning Management Systems.

Pay
- Salary range: $91,100.00 - $125,200.00
- Commission eligible: Yes
- Discretionary bonus plan available.
