Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses to understand business needs and develop TMS solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to drive understanding and alignment
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback processes
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on TMS functionalities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in TMS
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations
Preferred Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance
