Senior TMS Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analyses to understand business needs and develop TMS solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to drive understanding and alignment
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on TMS functionalities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in TMS
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations

Preferred Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
  • Familiarity with integration methods and tools
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance
