About the role
Vitu is transforming the way vehicles, businesses, government, and drivers interact with one another through innovative Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology. Our platform manages titling and registration transactions across all 50 states, reimagining how drivers, businesses, and governments engage with vehicles.
This fast-paced role focuses on the reassignment/execution of titles, lien satisfactions, and generation of letters and forms. The position demands a high level of accuracy, adherence to contracted service levels, and support for training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with peers to manage resources and enhance work processes to meet service levels for internal and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including safety and ergonomic training.
- Adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements for sorting, organizing, validating, pulling, signing off/executing, shipping, and similar activities.
- Use company proprietary software for research and data entry.
- Research, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including potential overtime, evenings, holidays, or weekends as business needs arise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or comparable completed educational certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or certification.
- Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry.
Workplace Environment
- Fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Routine and repetitive production work.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Primary schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ET, Monday – Friday, with potential overtime, evenings, holidays, or weekends as needed.
Pay
The hourly rate range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00. Final pay will be determined by factors including location, education, experience, training, and skills.
