Senior Title Auditor (Onsite: Sacramento)

About the role

Vitu is transforming the way vehicles, businesses, government, and drivers interact through Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology. This role focuses on the reassignment/execution of titles and lien satisfactions, generation of letters and other forms, and maintaining high service levels and quality in a fast-paced environment. The Senior team member will handle day-to-day tasks and support training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with peers to manage resources and enhance work processes to meet service levels for internal and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including safety and ergonomic training.
• Adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements for sorting, organizing, validating, pulling, signing off/executing, shipping, and similar activities.
• Use company proprietary software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Flexible schedule, including potential overtime, evenings, holidays, or weekends as business needs arise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or comparable completed educational certification.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or certification.
• Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry.

Workplace Environment

• Fast-paced, high-volume, production environment.
• Perform routine and repetitive production work.
• Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
• Primary schedule: swing shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday.
• Occasional overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend shifts may be required.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $23.50 - $25.40. The final pay will be determined by factors including location, education, experience, training, and skills.
