Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Senior Ticket Sales Executive, Groups to join our ticketing team. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning a high-value book of business, driving significant group ticket revenue, and serving as a top producer and peer resource within the group sales team.
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Possess a proven track record in sports ticket sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prospect, develop, and close group ticket packages across key verticals including youth sports organizations, schools, corporate accounts, community groups, and affinity-based audiences.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets, serving as a production leader on the group sales team.
- Manage a full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, close, and renewal.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities into premium seating, hospitality experiences, and multi-game commitments.
- Develop and present customized group proposals that reflect the unique goals and interests of each client.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of repeat group clients, cultivating long-term relationships that drive renewals and referrals.
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience for group leaders and their guests on match day and throughout the sales process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined book of business, ensuring continuity and a high standard of client service.
Peer Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as an informal mentor and resource to Group Sales Representatives, sharing best practices, prospecting strategies, and client management techniques.
- Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture by modeling strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and professionalism.
- Partner with the Group Sales Manager on strategy development, new vertical identification, and group programming ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community relations, and game presentation to support theme nights, affinity events, and group experiences.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect and client activity within CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar).
- Manage personal pipeline with a high degree of organization and self-direction, proactively flagging revenue opportunities and risks to the Group Sales Manager.
- Support game day execution of group experiences, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of ticket sales or group sales experience in professional or collegiate sports required.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals in a sports sales environment.
- Experience managing a book of business and driving client retention and renewals.
- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar systems preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture.
- Passion for women's soccer and familiarity with the NWSL landscape a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required.
Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate for this role starts at $25/hour, plus commissions.
