Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Supports test planning, coordination, execution, development of detailed test plans, test reports, and resource allocation management for test events.
- Execute tests for functionality, performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Document test results and maintain detailed reports on defects, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing.
- Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create effective test strategies.
- Supports software and hardware installation at test event sites as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Preferred Experience with Tactical Radio Networks
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Experience with Variable Message Format and Cursor on Target Messaging Standards
- Experience with Mounted Mission Command (MMC), Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P), Blue Force Tracker (BFT) or NOC Systems
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills
- Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented
- Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results
- Manage time wisely and prioritize tasks
- Provide superior customer service
- Regular i3 hours are 800 a.m. - 500 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion.
