As a part of a cross-functional team, your work will support the effectiveness of several communities of active-duty and civilian users. Responsibilities
- Review automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with established automation standards and testing objectives.
- Review and manage the backlog of development and automation tasks, aligning assignments with individual team members’ skill sets and strengths.
- Maintain/update documentation of the automated testing solution and suite, including a list of test scripts released to the government.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
- Assign and oversee progress of CR/CCB development tasks across team members.
- Attend meetings to stay abreast of needs, direction, and priorities related to the project.

- Ability to deliver releasable automated tests and code every sprint.
- You know when to power through a problem, or stop and collaborate with others to find a better way.
- You should be familiar with Selenium or SmartBear’s Test Complete product and a range of automation frameworks.
- Black Box and White Box testing.
- Automation scripting and tools, including making the results of test successes or failures actionable for the CI/CD pipeline.
- GIT and Jenkins.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ Years of Development or Automated Test Experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
