Senior Test Engineer with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Supports test planning, coordination, execution, development of detailed test plans, test reports, and resource allocation management for test events.
• Execute tests for functionality, performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Document test results and maintain detailed reports on defects, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Perform regression, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create effective test strategies.
• Supports software and hardware installation at test event sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Preferred: Experience with Tactical Radio Networks, Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, Experience with Variable Message Format and Cursor on Target Messaging Standards, Experience with Mounted Mission Command (MMC), Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P), Blue Force Tracker (BFT) or NOC Systems, Experience with Linux Operating Systems, Experience with understanding and interpreting MIL-STD's and ICD documents.

About the role

The position will support work on-site at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
