Senior Test Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Summary

TMC Technologies is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's (NSWCDD) Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department. The position involves providing subject matter, systems engineering, software development, and test & evaluation expertise on a 5-year contract.

Requirements

• Secret (or higher) security clearance
• 7+ years of experience in:
• Defining and reviewing Navy and USMC combat system requirements
• Creating, modifying and executing test plans, test procedures and test scenarios
• Generation of test observation reports, problem reports and test reports
• Performing data collection / data extraction
• Performing root cause analysis on command and control systems
• Assessing the operational and technical impacts of problems identified
• Defining and tracking test metrics
• Working knowledge of:
• Interfacing systems such as Sensor Systems, Track Management Systems, Electronic Warfare, Self Defense Systems, displays, weapon systems and tactical data links in order to assess overall system and capability performance
• Database airways, site data, and world threat library testing
• Requirements database management tools
• SharePoint, ClearQuest and collaboration tools
