Senior Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in the region
• Monitor key performance indicators
• Facilitate equipment pickup and delivery as needed
• Deliver educational content on medical devices to staff and clients
• Collaborate with Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new services
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients
• Prepare and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 50% travel to support business needs, often with short notice
• 5 years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• 2 years of experience in Central Sterile Processing Department or Operating Room preferred
• Proven leadership and team-building skills

Pay

• $103,396 – $155,095 annually
