Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in the region
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Facilitate equipment pickup and delivery as needed
- Deliver educational content on medical devices to staff and clients
- Collaborate with Divisional Operations Manager to introduce new services
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients
- Prepare and review analyses, surveys, and reports for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 50% travel to support business needs, often with short notice
- 5 years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in Central Sterile Processing Department or Operating Room preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building skills

- $103,396 – $155,095 annually
