Senior Technology Training Specialist

About the role

Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training sessions for various software applications, including proprietary and commercial tools. Coordinate with the Contract Manager to communicate project plans, progress, and updates effectively. Support on-site and remote training activities, adapting to changing project needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training sessions for various software applications, including proprietary and commercial tools
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, training videos, and instructional modules to support user learning and engagement
• Coordinate with the Contract Manager to communicate project plans, progress, and updates effectively
• Manage multiple training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Support on-site and remote training activities, adapting to changing project needs and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• At least five (5) years' experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and advanced off-the-shelf software such as Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience developing technical documentation
• Proficiency in developing and delivering instructor-led training, including creating videos and interactive modules
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Pay

$70/hr
