Senior Technology Development Engineer
About the role
Characterize, evaluate and document integrated semiconductor devices and reliability of circuits. Contribute to the development of process flow and macro modules required to fabricate semiconductor devices. Lead setup and processes and device simulations to determine initial processes, capabilities, and direction for optimization of new process flows. Oversee design and perform experiments and analyze results to determine process sequences and parameters. Analyze data from fabrication of test to determine requirements for additional optimization. Work with senior process engineers to develop, characterize and optimize process modules. Recommend test structures for and contribute to the layout of test chip mask sets to aid in developing new processes and evaluating specific process dependencies of device parameters. Provide technical support regarding equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop operational maintenance for products, components, equipment and systems.
- Lead development of criteria, procedures, reports, and plans for the successful conduct of projects.
Requirements
