About the role

Support the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group. Promote an agile mindset and ways of working with our internal network of employees and external partners across all areas of the Volvo Group. Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions. Conduct technical analysis and create specification documents. Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guideline documents. Track development progress and project deliverables. Provide technical and design/implementation guidance and solutions involving the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including SQL and Relational Database management systems. Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform object-oriented programming using C#
  • Apply Waterfall, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
  • Apply CRM processes to complex projects
  • Use Visual Studio
  • Work with at least two of the following modules of the CRM suite: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing
  • Work with SQL and relational database management systems, including Microsoft Dataverate based on Azure
  • Develop with Cloud Azure and work with Power Platforms native components

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science or a related field
  • 7 years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (online)
  • 7 years of experience in object-oriented programming using C#
  • 5 years of experience in:
    • Waterfall, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
    • Applying CRM processes to complex projects
  • 3 years of experience in:
    • Using Visual Studio
    • Working with SQL and relational database management systems, including Microsoft Dataverse based on Azure
  • 2 years of experience developing with Cloud Azure and working with Power Platforms native components

Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

Pay

Base pay range: $140,587 - $143,770 annually. The final salary offered is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. Where applicable, this role is bonus eligible.
