Senior Technician - 1030

We are seeking a Sr. Technician in our Broomfield, CO location. All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test. Key Responsibilities: Prepare laboratory and production environments to ensure operational readinessVerify availability of materials, tools, documentation, and equipment prior to activitiesSupport setup and changeover of lab and production processesMaintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces following 5S principlesAdhere to and promote all safety protocols and proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesExecute defined manufacturing and lab workflows in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)Assist in process development, validation, and optimization activitiesSupport gathering technical facility requirements to meet operational, environmental, and compliance needsMonitor and maintain lab infrastructure, utilities, and consumablesSupport maintenance and calibration schedules for workspaces to ensure accuracy and reliability of instrumentsCoordinate with internal teams or vendors for repairs and servicingSupport production timelines to ensure on-time product delivery YOU MUST HAVE: Minimum High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum 4+ years of experienceDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status WE VALUE: Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field preferredExperience in laboratory or manufacturing environments preferredFamiliarity with 5S, safety standards, and SOP-driven workflowsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively Quantinuum is a leading quantum computing company delivering a full stack platform designed to make quantum computing deployable in real-world environments. Compensation & Benefits: The pay range for this role is $66,000 - $88,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
