Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Advanced Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for engineering and advanced manufacturing roles across multiple locations. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those needs into effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, and engages candidates for engineering and advanced manufacturing roles
• Works closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Develops and maintains candidate pipelines for various engineering and advanced manufacturing positions
• Conducts interviews and evaluates candidates against job requirements
• Manages the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer decision
• Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
• Experience in advanced manufacturing or engineering industries preferred
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and proficiency in using them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, or other ATS systems
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate data and make informed decisions

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
