For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner to the engineering organization, helping shape hiring plans and strengthen recruiting practices across a fast-paced technology environment. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position also calls for a data-driven advisor who can improve hiring outcomes, support inclusive candidate experiences, and help build strong engineering talent pipelines. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Build understanding of business needs, culture, and hiring priorities to provide strategic recruiting support Lead the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview processes Provide data-driven insights and recruiting best practices to improve hiring outcomes Manage relationships with executives and deliver hiring solutions aligned to business goals Develop sourcing strategies for passive engineering talent pipelines Mentor teams on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation Qualifications 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering roles at high-growth technology companies Strong data-driven skills for decision-making and strategy formulation Proven track record solving complex hiring challenges and coaching teams Experience managing high-impact roles and coordinating with stakeholders Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of the talent market Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities Benefits 4 weeks of paid vacation 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents 100% employer-paid medical coverage with significant contributions to dental and vision Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness and hobbies Continuous learning benefits and related support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
