Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full cycle recruiting for senior and specialized roles, often technical and specialized profiles
• Source and engage passive candidates though customized sourcing techniques, building and leveraging networks and direct outreach
• Build capacity in hiring teams to deepen their skills in selection, assessment, and talent strategies
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Provide insights on talent trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape to influence hiring decisions
• Utilize advanced compensation knowledge in crafting offers
• Ensure timely communication and updates for both hiring teams and candidates, while maintaining organized records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to metrics gathering and identify candidate and market trends
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of recruiting experience
• 4+ years of recruiting for technical roles (Software engineers, mechanical engineers or electrical engineers)
• Expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, including engaging and converting passive candidates
• High level of discernment to identify top talent and align candidates with organizational needs
• Skilled at building relationships and maintaining talent pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results
• Analytic skills to identify data trends to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced understanding of compensation
• Brought a continuous improvement mindset to optimize process and enhance candidate experience
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; experience with Dayforce is a plus
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred
• Willingness to work full-time in office in Greenwood Village, CO
