About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us on a contract basis and own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — defining role requirements, building sourcing strategy, and aligning on hiring priorities and timelines
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outbound outreach
- Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor, managing multiple concurrent searches without dropping quality
- Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions, report on progress, and continuously improve process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams to support Sidecar Health's hiring plan
Requirements
This is a contract position based on hiring needs. As a contract role, it is not eligible for Sidecar Health's standard full-time benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully closing engineering and product talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with engineering and product leadership
- Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve process
- Excellent collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally
- Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
