Technical Recruiter
Rippling is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on running full-cycle searches for Senior & Staff+ roles across Engineering, balancing speed with a strong commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches for Senior & Staff+ roles across Engineering, balancing speed with a strong commitment to quality.
- Build strong pipelines from day one, using thoughtful outreach, market insight, and consistent engagement with top-tier engineers.
- Guide candidates through the process, ensuring they have a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from first conversation to close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, helping define role requirements, refine talent profiles, and build effective, consistent interview processes.
- Use creative and data-aware sourcing strategies to find engineers who are high-impact, high-growth, and often not actively looking.
- Help strengthen our engineering talent brand, making Rippling a compelling choice for world-class builders.
Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting in hyper-growth tech or similarly fast-paced environments.
- 3+ years hiring Senior & Staff+ engineering talent across multiple teams or domains.
- A track record of building pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Full-cycle ownership, with the ability to source, engage, screen, and close top candidates end-to-end.
- Strong partnership skills, with engineering leaders who trust your judgment, value your insights, and enjoy working with you.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, staying organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused as priorities evolve.
- A high attention to detail, ensuring tight, thoughtful processes and great communication.
- A tech-forward mindset, excited to leverage modern recruiting tools and AI to increase your impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical recruiting role.
- Knowledge of software development and engineering principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The pay range for this role is: 145,000 - 175,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)
