Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs, role requirements, and team goals
  • Advise on recruitment strategies, market trends, and competitive compensation
  • Support workforce planning by anticipating future hiring needs
  • Own the recruitment process from intake to offer for roles such as software engineering, product, IT, and data science
  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, collect feedback, and negotiate offers
  • Proactively identify and engage top technical talent using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines for current and future roles
  • Leverage employee referrals and networking to expand reach
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting in the ATS
  • Analyze and share recruiting metrics to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate conversion
  • Recommend improvements to streamline workflows and ensure consistency across teams
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and tech mission through recruitment touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing and hiring teams to develop compelling job descriptions and campaigns
  • Represent the company at tech events, meetups, and industry conferences (as applicable)
  • Act as the primary ATS subject matter expert
  • Maintain recruiting workflows, templates, candidate communications, and system configurations
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to improve ATS adoption and data quality
  • Develop recruiting dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and hiring decisions
  • Stay current on emerging AI trends impacting talent acquisition
  • Assess candidate use of AI throughout the recruitment process and ensure evaluation methods remain effective and equitable

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or tech-focused environments
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, functions, and industry trends
  • Strong sourcing skills and fluency with ATS and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
