Senior Technical Recruiter
About the role
Astranis is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company, with a proven track record of attracting top-tier engineering and business talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
- Create scalable strategic sourcing methodologies leveraging talent data.
- Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
- Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
- Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
- Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company
- Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focused
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
- Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
- Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
