Senior Technical Project Manager - Integration

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules/deliverables;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of project/program through established metrics;
• Oversee development of integrated testing, validation, development of training materials, and the conduct of the training;
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones;
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects;
• Define, identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources and expertise, as appropriate, for the program/project implementation;
• Drive functional and technical specifications to completion, engage effectively with key stakeholders, identify and set success criteria, and have a full understanding of the project life cycle;
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives;
• Facilitate the project team discussion to define the process for identifying and documenting issues in a project and recommending corrective action;
• Takes the lead in the issue resolution process and identifies project priorities when resolving issues;
• Communicates the status of issue management activities to project team members and organizational stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required;
• More than 10 years related work experience required in project management and/or software development/system management experience;
• Knowledge and experience using basic and intermediate project management tools and techniques;
• Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate will have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time;
• Taking ownership and accountability of assignments and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Pay

$125,080.00 USD - $168,244.00 USD
