Senior Technical Program Manager / Technical Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead and coordinate complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives across multiple platforms, applications, and teams. Drive end-to-end technical delivery plans, ensuring dependencies, milestones, testing, and deployment activities are aligned. Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to facilitate execution and resolve issues. Facilitate large meetings and working sessions involving multiple technology teams and business functions. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints within a highly interconnected technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in technical delivery, program management, or related technology disciplines.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple applications and teams.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and facilitate cross-team collaboration to solve problems.

Schedule: 3x on site per week, 2 WFH

Pay Range: $75–$80/hr W2 (We cannot work C2C or 1099)

Type: Contract to hire 12 months, opt to extend or hire.
