Senior Technical Program Manager - Platform Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented individual to lead planning and engineering activities for the NVIDIA Platforms and Solutions teams. This role involves collaborating with multiple NVIDIA product and engineering teams to manage the development of AI services using NVIDIA software made available through NGC. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between global OEMs, partners, and NVIDIA product teams, creating platforms for AI development. You will also work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, PR, and Legal teams to drive the adoption and growth of NVIDIA's software portfolio across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and plan for all phases of the product life cycle.
• Develop and manage milestones and schedules for complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflows and enhance engineering efficiency.
• Interact with diverse technical groups, including all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Ability to think strategically and tactically and build consensus to achieve program success.
• Detail-oriented with proven multitasking skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with software development and process, specifically for system software development.
• Thorough knowledge of software/hardware engineering principles and enterprise system architecture.
• Proven experience in creatively resolving technical issues and managing resource conflicts.
• Enthusiasm, energy, responsiveness, and passion for process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and consistent implementation of systematic solutions.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of programming experience in a modern programming language.
• Significant experience in building solutions for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience coordinating activities between hardware/software organizations.
• Experience with Agile tools and process.
• Experience with productivity tools and process automation.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $258,750 for Level 4 and $200,000 - $322,000 for Level 5. Additionally, you will be eligible for equity and benefits.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
