Senior Technical Program Manager, Ground Systems

About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager, Ground Systems, leads program initiatives and tasks across Anduril teams and subject matter experts. They provide guidance and direction to program team members, develop a deep understanding of business lines and products, and manage relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives and tasks
• Provide guidance and direction to program team members
• Become a power user of Anduril’s products and teach others
• Understand customer objectives, constraints, and perspectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners
• Work closely with the Proposal & Capture Team, growth/business development, legal & finance to develop and deliver new proposals
• Execute special projects as needed
• Ensure effective communication across the team within Anduril and with key customer and government POCs
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting program delivery
• Drive process improvement and efficiency within the program

Requirements

• Experience in Program Management, contract management of/with focused program offices
• Experience with government: business development, contract structures, budget cycles, procurement processes, program funding, and proposal processes
• Strong technical background in hardware development and engineering
• Experience in Program Finance: Direct vs Indirect, forecasting, resource loading, financial KPIs and/or EVM
• Comfortable with limited resource environments
• Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Project
• Travel as required to support customer needs and operations (10%)
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance

Priorities

• Experience as a program or project manager in defense, tech, consulting or similar field
• Experience managing complex projects in government a plus
• Bachelor of Science in STEM field or equivalent working experience

Salary Range

$166,000 - $220,000 USD
