About the role

The Technical Program Manager, Ground Systems leads the execution of the VEGA program, focusing on developing scalable ground architecture for satellite constellations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Typically 12+ years of experience leading complex aerospace or space systems programs
• Experience managing large, interdisciplinary programs involving ground systems, software, hardware, and operational teams
• Strong systems engineering knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Experience with satellite ground segments
• Knowledge of cloud architectures
• Experience with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies
• Active security clearance
