Senior Technical Program Manager - Digital Commerce Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce capabilities from discovery through production launch.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to define technical delivery plans and release strategies.
• Cook up dependencies across APIs, commerce platforms, identity, payments, search, personalization, and analytics.
• Drive program governance, sprint planning, release readiness, and implementation planning.
• Ensure scalability, accessibility, performance, and operational readiness are incorporated throughout delivery.
• Coordinate testing strategies, production validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Track delivery health using engineering metrics and business outcomes.
• Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans across distributed teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical software delivery programs.
• Experience with enterprise commerce or digital experience platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native applications, frontend/backend architectures, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering leadership and product organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering omnichannel commerce capabilities.
• Familiarity with experimentation, analytics, personalization, and customer data platforms.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
