About the Opportunity

The Senior Technical Program Manager role is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Product & Engineering teams. This position ensures the smooth execution of software development processes, maintains alignment across multiple teams, and supports continuous improvement in software delivery. The role is central to managing workflows and facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of the software development lifecycle, balancing speed and alignment.
  • Cook up work from triage to completion within Product & Engineering.
  • Maintain GitHub Projects as the primary tool for tracking engineering execution and provide leadership with status updates.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, and QA to enhance software development practices.
  • Oversee Product Builders applying agentic coding to develop and improve workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Technical Program Management or similar roles supporting software engineering.
  • Proven success leading execution across multiple engineering teams within high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Git workflows, CI/CD, and software release processes.
  • Experience managing programs from planning to delivery with dependency coordination and blocker resolution.
  • Able to communicate effectively with engineering leaders, Product, Design, QA, Customer Success, and executives.
  • Proficiency with engineering planning tools such as GitHub Projects, Jira, Linear, or Notion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong judgment for balancing priorities and facilitating tradeoffs.
  • Track record of improving engineering processes without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range from $160,000 to $190,000 USD.
Includes health insurance and equity.
