Key job responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional technical programs from conception through delivery
  • Define and drive program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Cook up and drive delivery across multiple service teams
  • Identify and escalate risks effectively to drive timely resolution

Technical Leadership

  • Review and influence technical designs and architecture decisions
  • Champion AI/ML integration opportunities to automate workflows and enhance developer productivity across the platform
  • Define integration approaches that scale across multiple services
  • Create technical implementation plans that balance speed and quality

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering teams and senior leadership
  • Drive alignment and resolution of contentious technical issues
  • Negotiate resources and priorities across organizational boundaries
  • Provide timely and clear updates on program status and risks

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
  • Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience in technical support and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
