About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager Cloud Infrastructure Observability And Systems Monitoring to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Santa Clara, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Establish a feedback loop to unify telemetry requirements
  • Drive the end-to-end telemetry lifecycle for new the company Cloud Providers (NCPs)
  • Engage in early product lifecycle planning for new system architectures to meet telemetry needs
  • Collaborate across technical domains to standardize telemetry operations mentorship
  • Lead a program to ensure device integrity and trust across the computing ecosystem
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the organization for process improvements
  • Enhance efficiency by developing AI tools to automate manual workflows and improve productivity
  • Create a communication strategy for program visibility and present to the company's executive leadership

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of technical program management experience in engineering, cloud infrastructure, and observability programs
  • Extensive practical experience in managing cloud infrastructure, ideally from a leading Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
  • Proven interface management skills across cross-functional teams, resolving misaligned requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in program management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, with Agile experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and consensus-building abilities across diverse business units
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills for executive audiences
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Compensation

$200,000 – $322,000 annually
