About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish feedback loops to align telemetry needs with external partners
- Drive telemetry lifecycle for the company Cloud Providers (NCPs) from requirements to implementation
- Engage in early product lifecycle to ensure telemetry needs are met for new technologies
- Collaborate on telemetry operations mentorship across technical domains at the company
- Lead program for device integrity and trust across the accelerated computing ecosystem
- Mentor the DGXC TPM organization to improve processes
- Enhance efficiency by developing AI tools to automate workflows and project management
- Develop a communication strategy for visibility on program progress, presenting to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technical program management within engineering/cloud infrastructure programs
- Proven experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure, preferably at a leading CSP
- Strong ability to navigate and resolve complex feedback processes across teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet
- Exceptional strategic thinking and consensus-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities for executive levels
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, or equivalent experience
