Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview

Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate engineering programs within the spend management technology domain. Partners across engineering, product, and business to drive execution of data, AI, and platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cross-functional technical programs spanning engineering, data, AI, and platforms
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans and roadmaps
• Drive program execution, milestone tracking, and dependency management
• Establish program governance, including risk management and executive reporting
• Cookordinate initiatives involving data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Support Responsible AI governance and alignment
• Influence stakeholders and leadership to align on priorities, resources, and outcomes
• Contribute to scaling TPM best practices within the Office of the CTO
• Stay current on emerging technologies in AI, data, and healthcare supply chain

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management within technical environments
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-team alignment
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (ceremonies, retrospectives, risk tracking)
• Excellent communication skills translating technical work for executive audiences
• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud, data platforms, and analytics systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML, including generative AI and Responsible AI (preferred)
• Experience supporting data-intensive or AI-driven engineering teams (plus)
