Senior Technical Program Manager – Product Intelligence & Human DataLocation: Cupertino, CA (on-site 3x/week)Reports to: Head of Product Intelligence & Human DataTravel: Ability to travel up to 10% (national and global) Are you a Senior Technical Program Manager with a passion for leading complex, large-scale product intelligence and human data programs for a strategic technology client? We are hiring a senior, client-facing delivery manager with strong program management, technical fluency, operational leadership, and executive-level communication. The individual will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact accountable for assigned programs, translating client requirements into executable technical and operational plans and coordinating teams across engineering, field operations, recruiting, data, quality, and global delivery. This is an exciting role where you will engage your knowledge and skills with technical stakeholders, challenge assumptions, identify delivery risks, and drive multidisciplinary teams toward measurable outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Program LeadershipTechnical Program ManagementGlobal Delivery & OperationsData & Quality ManagementGovernance & Risk Management Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, technical delivery, or similar roles.5 or more years of experience managing large, distributed, cross-functional teams.Experience leading complex programs involving multiple technical and operational workstreams.Direct working experience with engineering teams and senior technical stakeholders.Experience working with data workflows, quality management, technical requirements, and operational dependencies.Experience managing programs with aggressive timelines, evolving requirements, and significant execution complexity.Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to communicate effectively across engineering teams through senior executives.Experience developing program governance, risk-management processes, dashboards, and executive reporting.Ability to travel up to 10% to clients and delivery to global locations. Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting major global technology company.Experience with product testing, product validation, human data collection, AI/ML data programs, user studies, or related environments.Experience managing programs involving devices, sensors, hardware/software integration, or large-scale data collection.Familiarity with data pipelines, data validation, automation, analytics, and QA methodologies.Experience operating across North America, Europe, and Asia.PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, engineering, or relevant technical certifications.Bachelor’s Degree Applicants can expect to make between $175,000 to $190,00 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for VP incentive bonus.
