About the role
A Senior Technical Program Manager is needed to lead complex projects within US Operations. The role will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of technology trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of technical programs
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure deliverables meet business needs
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Monitor project progress against plan and adjust as necessary to achieve goals
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including executive management
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a technical program management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools and technologies
- Knowledge of industry best practices in project management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships
Skills
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) preferred
- Technical knowledge in relevant fields (e.g., IT, engineering)
- Experience with project risk management
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
