Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs focused on Data Cloud technologies and user experience (UX) enhancements
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals
• Develop and oversee comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and interdependencies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of initiatives
• Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Data Cloud solutions and enhancing user experience
• Apply deep expertise in Data Cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to architect and deliver scalable data solutions
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data architecture and integrations align with business requirements
• Champion user-centric design principles to elevate digital experiences across platforms
• Identify program risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies
• Track program performance against defined metrics and drive corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying industry best practices in program management and technology delivery
• Establish and standardize frameworks, tools, and methodologies to optimize program execution and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with Data Cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing data-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data integration platforms
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus

Pay

The target base salary for this role is $150,000-$170,000.

Schedule

This role is full-time and requires a 3x week in-office presence.
