Senior Technical Program Manager, AI2, Data Centers

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful contributions to Google's ML delivery roadmap by driving the availability of capacity strategically.
- Create, track, report, troubleshoot and remove blockers from large program plans.
- Communicate crisp, thoughtful and effective to work collaboratively cross-organization across different levels of seniority.
- Understand the Google Data Center and software stacks to a level where you can drive innovation across all of them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data centers, networking and operations.
Preferred qualifications
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to formulate technical solutions and opinions on architecture.
- Ability to interact across many levels of seniority from field construction through Google-board reporting.
Pay
US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
