Responsibilities

  • Define program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer requirements
  • Translate customer needs into actionable plans across multiple teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams through high-priority issues and objectives
  • Act as the company’s representative to the customer, managing program engagements
  • Drive execution from design through production deployment, ensuring quality and acceptance
  • Champion post-deployment support by managing critical issues
  • Monitor production schedules and yields, collaborating with manufacturers
  • Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders proactively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT
  • Strong technical background in hardware/software engineering working with hyperscalers and OEM/ODMs on AI projects
  • Proven history of leading complex global programs from concept to deployment
  • Outstanding program management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating across global teams in multicultural environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
