Responsibilities
- Define program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer requirements
- Translate customer needs into actionable plans across multiple teams
- Lead cross-functional teams through high-priority issues and objectives
- Act as the company’s representative to the customer, managing program engagements
- Drive execution from design through production deployment, ensuring quality and acceptance
- Champion post-deployment support by managing critical issues
- Monitor production schedules and yields, collaborating with manufacturers
- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT
- Strong technical background in hardware/software engineering working with hyperscalers and OEM/ODMs on AI projects
- Proven history of leading complex global programs from concept to deployment
- Outstanding program management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating across global teams in multicultural environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
